Splash History
Splash Sound Productions' first studio was built in 1982 in the ballroom of Rick Juckes' house in Liverpool. It comprised an eight-track analogue recording facility, a Soundcraft mixing desk and several pieces of outboard gear. Although basic, it did contain an excellent vocal booth and had fantastic acoustics. The company went from strength to strength; writing and recording radio commercials, jingles, TV themes and music for theatre Productions (see Splash Credentials)
In 2002, Splash moved into a new studio equipped with the latest Apple hardware, music software, a new Yamaha digital desk and a new vocal booth.
